SA Coaching offers cost effective training plans for those that want to get lean and strong, or take on a new challenge.

We specialise in helping women over 40 be the strongest and fittest they can be. We aim to get you started and enable you to be the strongest and fittest version of yourself.

Coaching plans start at £40 per month but I also offer 1:1 plans for individuals. 

​

We have plans that can be home or gym based and include everything that you need to get fitter and stronger.

About your coach

I am a qualified PT with additional qualifications in nutrition. 

​

I help you to be fitter and stronger and to know how to eat well and fuel you life. 

​

I provide basic group coaching packages which consist of 3 runs (or walks) and 2/3 workouts per week. You can also have an individual coaching package if you are training for an event such as a marathon or triathlon. Services are bespoke according to what you need and we have a check-in at least once a week.
